I am well underway with most of these. I find asking something directly still incredibly difficult, just as saying ‘no’, but I have made such progress with problem solving and cutting out drama from my life.
Maybe a lot of these come as we mature, I don’t know, but I do know it improves the quality of my life and maybe this is an inspiring post for you too!
